3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services is based on the volume and type of items to be removed, as well as the location of the Site. We provide free estimates, and the final price will be agreed upon before the service begins.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 25% of the estimated service cost.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or equipment failure.

5. Liability

Cowboy Junk Removal is not liable for any damages to property that occur during the service, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • We take precautions to protect your property, but minor scratches or dents may occur during the removal process.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages to the Site.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cowboy Junk Removal harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these terms and conditions.

  • We dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with environmental regulations.

8. Governing Law
